The challenge

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a collaborative solution for managing contacts, leads, opportunities, and related correspondence.
Salesforce is integrated with SharePoint to generate leads from over 100 users. Leads are created in Salesforce automatically, assigned to the marketing manager and distributed based on various criteria with auto notifications and reminders.
Salesforce is also integrated with Microsoft Exchange server to track all email communication with the CRM.
